Delete your Free Invoice Maker account

Free Invoice Maker is provided by Paydan Inc. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Option 1: Delete it yourself (immediate)

• In the app (iOS or Android): open Settings → Account & Security → Delete account and confirm.
• On the web: sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

Email Info@paydan.net from the email address on your account, with the subject “Free Invoice Maker Account Deletion Request”. You can also use Contact Support. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

• An invoice: open the invoice and choose Delete invoice.
• A customer: open the customer and choose Delete customer.
• Your company logo: open Company Profile and remove the logo.

Deleted items are removed permanently. For any other data, email Info@paydan.net and tell us what you would like deleted.

What is deleted when you delete your account

Your account information, company profile and logo, customer records, invoices and other account content are permanently deleted.

What may be kept

Limited records may be kept only where reasonably necessary for security and fraud prevention, legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolving disputes, or completing deletion from backups, as described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot identify you may be retained.
